湘西凤凰：这个地方确实很漂亮，而且很多当地的人文和自然景点都很多，我当时是和我表弟去的，坐火车去来回花了300块钱左右，因为我是坐硬座绿皮火车去的，如果怕吃苦的话，可以坐软座，大概也就500RMB左右。去到凤凰，肯定可以轻易找到旅馆，因为旅馆肯定有人在这里拉客的，像我之前去的话，大概50块钱一间，环境不错的，只是没有空调，有电风扇，不会很热，当地还是很凉快的，要注意的是，如果你去旅馆看了房间，不满意，千万不要相信对方说什么现在是旺季，所有的房子都满员的鬼话，暑期其实是淡季来的， 到了旅馆之后，可以自己去跟老板买一些当地一日游的票，这样就可以自己支配时间，想什么时候去玩都可以，景点其实离凤凰城都是比较远的，如果怕麻烦都可以跟这些团走，我当时就是跟着团走，一天100多，也不算很贵，包午饭晚饭的，这样子，你可以自己随意安排时间了，因为我本人就很随意的，哈哈，当地还有些小吃，不过都不是特别好吃，而且还不便宜，不过我推荐下凤凰县城里的烧烤档，按把算得，一把十几二十个，味道也不错。

广东的阳朔：这个地方挺好的，风景美，特别是那十里长廊，风景如画，我和女朋友两个人骑自行车一边唱歌一边骑，一点也不累，看着那些山水，真的是很诗意阿，中途我们还停下来买了路边一些新鲜摘下来的杨梅，十块钱超大一袋，很好吃，我们骑累了就停下来吃杨梅，可好玩了，终点是个市集，卖一些很平常的纪念品，没什么奇特的地方。晚上可以去西街玩，卖的东西很多，不过我推荐十字路口的一家卖烧鸡的，50块一只，特别好吃，我到现在还念念不忘，一整只鸡抓在手里，一口一嘴肉，的确很爽，哈哈。你玩完之后还可以到附近的景点玩，自助游的话，还是要问旅店老板了。

如果预算只有1200的话，不能去一些很高级的地方，我本来还想推荐你来深圳的，这里有很多好玩的，但是价格就不便宜了

国外可以考虑去北海道，北海道不管是天气还是景色都非常适合夏天旅游，那边纬度比较高，夏天和国内东北地区气温接近，是避暑的好地方。另外，7月份以田园风光见长的北海道草长莺飞，尤其是富良野的薰衣草和五色花田非常值得一去！

预算足够的话，去欧洲玩一玩也是不错的，暑期也是欧洲天气最好的时候~喜欢海岛的话，比较经济的海岛推荐普吉岛、巴厘岛、塞班岛；好一点的可以去马尔代夫、斐济、夏威夷等等~
